Adding text using the rotation of images with CSS?

How I can add text over image rotation CSS like this in wnet.org. I account numbers (1-5) and the text links at the bottom of the images that circulate. Thanks for your help /

It was done with CSS. Click it and you will see "About Adobe Flash Player …." Anyway, CSS is not capable of doing things of this nature. If you want do this without flash or flash plug-ins, include JavaScript.
